At GORUCK, we stand by our gear and offer a 30-day return window for all products in new, sellable condition with original tags attached. Our goal is to ensure you have the best equipment for your rucking journey and everyday adventures.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
